Our Services Include:
· Arriving one hour prior to your event to ensure a thorough setup of all art supplies.
· Supplying all essential art materials for up to 25 participants, including 16-inch easels, canvases, paints, aprons, brushes, palettes, napkins, drying tools and water cups.
· Providing blank 11x14 canvas to suit your event’s needs.
· Providing a virtual artist and cell phone holders for interactive experiences (requires guest cell phones, venue Wi-Fi and QR code app).
· Supplying aprons/smocks to ensure guests remain clean throughout the event.
· Delivering standard white plastic protective coverings for rectangular or round tables to safeguard your venue.
· Arriving 30 minutes before the event concludes to efficiently break down and remove all art supplies.
Steps Required from You:
· Select the desired date and time for your event, and secure an appropriate venue.
· Arrange tables, chairs, and workspace coverings IF colors other than white are required.
· Coordinate refreshments or snacks for event attendees.
